Ms. Kingham is a Senior Hydrogeologist and registered Professional Geoscientist (P.G.) with GSI Environmental Inc. (GSI) and is the company-wide GSI Health and Safety Administrator. She received an M.S. degree in Hydrogeology from The University of Texas and B.S. degree in Geology from Texas A&M University. She has over 15 years of professional experience in the environmental field, which includes site investigation and risk assessment at several residential and commercial/industrial properties, including chemical manufacturing plants, dry cleaning and oil and gas facilities, and military bases.

Ms. Kingham has served as a Consulting Expert on a coastal land loss litigation project in Louisiana. She has provided leading technical support to expert witnesses and attorneys on a variety of environmental litigation projects in Ecuador, Bahrain, Yemen, Kazakhstan, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Indiana, and Montana. She has attended and provided technical support to expert witnesses and attorneys at international arbitrations held at international courts located in The Hague, Netherlands, Paris, France, and Washington D.C.

Ms. Kingham has designed, coordinated, and implemented multiple large-scale site investigations at international oil and gas facilities in Ecuador. She has overseen the design and installation of monitoring well networks, vapor intrusion investigations, soil sampling for environmental and geotechnical parameters, groundwater and outdoor air sampling programs, and implementation of enhanced in situ biodegradation treatment programs in the Dominican Republic, Germany, Texas, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Illinois, Louisiana, and Montana. She has conducted an environmental compliance audit and inspection of a heavy construction equipment rental facility in Texas. She has participated in several ESTCP and SERDP research projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Utah, Rhode Island, and California.

Ms. Molofsky is a professional geologist (P.G.) with GSI Environmental. She received an M.S. degree in Geochemistry from the University of Arizona and a B.A. degree in Geology from Washington University in St. Louis. Since joining GSI in 2009, she has been involved in research, numerous site investigations, and litigation support projects. Ms. Molofsky has conducted research on the nature, occurrence, and cost of oilfield remediation projects, water resource management issues associated with hydraulic fracturing, and the identification and quantification of sources of variability in groundwater monitoring. In addition, Ms. Molofsky has managed the development and operation of a portable GC/MS used to identify and quantify sources of CVOCs in vapor intrusion investigations in Montana and Utah. She has conducted groundwater and air sampling at chemical manufacturing plants, and commercial properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining GSI, Ms. Molofsky conducted research in the use of stable and radiogenic isotopes as tracers.

Mr. Walker is a hydrogeologist and registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) with GSI Environmental Inc. He received a M.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Environmental Fluid Mechanics and Hydrology, from Stanford University, and a B.S. degree in Geology from Washington and Lee University. He has over six years of professional experience in the environmental field, which includes site investigation and risk assessment at federal, state, and commercial/industrial properties.  He has provided litigation support on a variety of environmental matters involving sites located in Ecuador, Puerto Rico, California, Colorado, and Louisiana. Mr. Walker has performed environmental site assessments and provided remediation support at various facilities across the United States under the applicable state and federal regulatory programs. He has provided engineering support for a former landfill Superfund Site containing multiple contaminants in soil, solid waste, soil gas, and groundwater. His activities have included data and statistical analyses, technology screening, green and sustainable remediation footprint analysis, and development and comparison of remedial alternatives. Mr. Walker has also led the site investigation, evaluation, and development of storm water best management practices.  Mr. Walker was a key developer of the Thermal NSZD Dashboard and has designed and implemented thermal monitoring hardware for natural source zone depletion at LNAPL sites.
