Energy disputes experts with first-hand experience in Russia and Ukraine arbitrations will discuss the broad range of international commercial disputes that may arise as a result of the war. The speakers will discuss potential claims that may arise against private parties and the governments of Russia and Ukraine (and others) arising from various measures, including Ukraine’s measures against Russian-owned energy businesses in Ukraine, asset seizures of Russian-owned energy businesses in the EU by certain nations’ sanctions regimes, and the Russian government’s seizure of foreign-owned energy businesses.
