This session addresses the crossroads of ethics and diversity and our ethical responsibilities as members of the bar. The panel considers hypothetical scenarios that explore existing rules of professional conduct and how those rules relate to diversity. The panel also discusses ways to advance diversity, and the ethical reasons why such programs should be the norm, and not the exception.
