This session explores the importance of listening, and how having better listening skills can improve our communications with clients, business partners, outside counsel, and co-workers, both practically and ethically speaking. It covers topics that arise under ABA Model Rule 1.2, Scope of Representation (Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.02); Model Rule 1.4, Communications (Texas Rule 1.03); and Rule 2.1, Advisor (Texas Rule 2.01), among others.
