The panelists will discuss ESG trends that affect E&P companies (upstream and midstream activities). They will analyze stakeholder requirements, compare European E&P companies’ approach to ESG and how the US is quickly catching up, not necessarily through regulation but due to investors, lenders and shareholder pressure. The presentation will highlight basic ESG concepts and their implementation, including ESG plans, due diligence and assessing risks associated with the transition to a lower-carbon economy.
