This session will discuss the new Biden Administration’s Roadmap for addressing PFAS and consider what it means for current and future litigation. The session will address technical, legal, and regulatory aspects of PFAS or “forever chemicals” and consider the ramifications of the Roadmap on managing environmental risks and litigation regarding PFAS.
