The Biden Administration is pressing ahead with ambitious goals to incorporate environmental justice into all facets of its regulatory and policy apparatus (its “whole of government” approach). This presentation will discuss the impacts this focus is having on the energy industry from a regulatory and litigation perspective and explore meaningful ways to address environmental justice challenges.
