Sustainability-linked financing instruments will be critical to the increased investment needed for companies to deliver on their ESG goals, and renewable energy firms and projects stand to benefit from such financing. This session will focus on recent trends in sustainability linked financing in the energy sector both domestically and abroad, from the banker (and issuer) perspective, with particular focus on issues finance attorneys will encounter on such deals.
