Production sharing agreements are a mainstay of the energy world and allocate risks and rewards for the exploitation of natural resources, including oil and gas, between host states and international energy companies. This panel will address both new and perennial issues that arise under PSAs such as stabilization provisions, cost-recovery, commercial disputes, and post-termination matters including decommissioning and environmental claims.
