This session will cover, approaches to achieving revenue certainty for offshore wind farms, looking at how offtake arrangements differ in sample states, including the OREC contracts in NY, PPAs in New England and OREC orders in Maryland, and then a zoom in on the most recent NY OREC tender and the direction things may take in the future.
