The Biden Administration has set forth aggressive goals for the United States to move towards a net-zero economy and, consequently, hydrogen and nuclear technologies have gained renewed interest to make net-zero goals a sustainable, durable reality. To that end, the panel will explore what legal, financial, and policy developments are underway and necessary to realize nuclear and hydrogen technology deployment that address the realities of decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors and the need for greater energy security.
