This session will include a discussion of the business headwinds impacting the energy sector including the war in Ukraine, China’s economic slowdown, and the ongoing transition to renewable energy. Other challenges facing the sector include ongoing construction risk and general operations risk. We will discuss these issues, including recent case studies where applicable, and how the impacts may exacerbate ongoing insolvency issues in the sector.
