Molly is a trial lawyer. Her approach to case management is informed by an understanding that her clients’ future may be shaped by what happens in the courtroom. She has a talent for developing case themes early based on the needs and interests of particular clients and focuses discovery efforts accordingly. This often leads to successful negotiations and favorable outcomes for her clients, minimizing the need for lengthy and costly trials.

Molly advises on all aspects of litigation, from risk mitigation to pre-suit investigation to trial investigation, and has extensive experience conducting depositions and handling motion practice. She represents clients in connection with commercial and industrial accident claims, construction disputes, engineering and design defect cases, contract and indemnity disputes, and general insurance defense litigation. In the oil and gas sector, Molly advises service companies, manufacturers, producers, operators, well interest owners, and others in complex matters before state and federal courts and regional governing agencies.

Throughout her career, Molly has demonstrated strong leadership abilities and a commitment to cultivating talent and mentoring the next generation of lawyers. She is passionate about continuing professional growth and education, frequently presenting on current litigation topics and sharing her strategies, as well as helping with summer associate programs.
