Description

This seminar will address effective collection strategies in the present volatile market. Due to declining commodity prices and COVID-19, collections will require best practices and diligence. The speakers will guide the participants through each step of a potential collection matter and give insight based on their experience with liens, collection lawsuits and bankruptcy.
