This panel will provide litigation-specific advice to summer associates focused on all phases of a lawsuit. Summer associates pursuing litigation careers after law school will encounter an adversarial environment with demanding schedules and heavy workloads. With that in mind, this discussion will focus on providing practical advice to help summer associates navigate the lifecycle of a case and provide value to their firm and clients. Our panel includes litigation partners that will draw on their diverse experience in energy law to provide practical insights to summer associates.
MCLE credit has not been obtained for this program and will not be requested by The Center for American and International Law. This program is unlikely to qualify for MCLE in any jurisdictions.
