Theresa Carroll represents clean energy developers with respect to real estate, title insurance, commercial transactions, minerals issues and other matters. She advises clients working in the utility-scale wind, solar and battery storage industries for renewable energy projects being developed around the country.

Theresa has previously worked for industry-leading law firms servicing insurance companies. She has robust insurance coverage experience, having represented clients on a variety of complex issues involving primary and excess general liability, first party property, third party casualty and bad faith claims. A former litigator, Theresa has also litigated insurance coverage and commercial disputes in federal and state courts across the country.

Mr. Bank serves as Vice President & Senior Counsel of First American Title Insurance Company, and Director of its Energy Services practice group. His work focuses on title insuring energy and infrastructure projects for a deep client roster of developers, sponsors, law firms, lenders, investors, and consultants. First American’s Energy Services team has insured many of the most complex transactions in the industry during Mr. Bank’s tenure, including several first-of-their-kind insurance structures. Mr. Bank manages communication and work flows among Energy Services and First American’s vast network of direct operations, agents, abstract firms and outside counsel.

Prior to joining First American, Mr. Bank practiced law with Chadbourne & Parke (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in its highly ranked Project Finance practice group. During his time in private practice, Mr. Bank worked on several of the largest and most novel financings in the energy space.

Mr. Bank is a graduate of Bucknell University (B.S.) and The National Law Center of The George Washington University (J.D.). Mr. Bank is a member of the New York and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is a frequent speaker on real estate and title insurance issues.
