Amy Lincoln is Senior Counsel in Chevron Corporation’s Environmental & Safety Law Group. Prior to joining Chevron in 2012, she was a partner at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., an environmental and litigation law firm based in Washington, DC where her practice focused on the Clean Air Act and related state statutes. She has continued her Air practice at Chevron, providing compliance and enforcement advice to Chevron’s major assets in California and internationally. In 2020, she assumed the role of legal lead for the company’s HSE department, which is responsible for designing and implementing the company’s global HSE compliance program. Amy graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 1998 and the University of Virginia School of Law in 2002. She is admitted to practice law in California.
