Andrew Gratz serves as an Associate General Counsel for LyondellBasell, a $25 billion publicly traded company, with over 19,000 employees located across 32 countries. In this role, Mr. Gratz manages the legal team responsible for supporting LyondellBasell’s global mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions, including its $2.25 billion acquisition of A. Schulman Inc., commercial activities ($20+ billion revenue) and capital projects in the Americas, and global government relations and public affairs groups. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Gratz held numerous roles at LyondellBasell, including Lead Compliance Counsel, where he managed the company’s global anti-corruption, antitrust, and data privacy compliance programs.
