Antoine’s clients include multinational companies involved in renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure.  Antoine represents owners and contractors on EPC related transactions and is an emerging leader in the field of construction related dispute resolution, both as Project Counsel and in large-scale domestic and international arbitrations, which have included projects involving renewable energy (wind, solar, battery storage and hydro), gas power plants, LNG mega projects, road and rail transport, and catastrophic plant failures.  Antoine has a strong grasp of the technical and legal issues arising from construction disputes such as delay analysis, changed work, defects and root cause investigations, bringing to bear his previous experience working as in-house counsel for construction and engineering companies.
