Betty Q. Richmond is currently Lead Counsel at Equinor, a broad energy company. In her fourteen years of work experience, including three years as an engineer and eleven as a lawyer, Betty has focused her career on the energy industry, supporting all sectors – Downstream, Midstream, and Upstream. In collaboration with great colleagues, she currently manages Equinor’s North American Upstream litigation docket and provides counsel on investigations, HR, and risk mitigation matters.
