Brian Martin is the manager of the Environmental Support & Waste Management group at Ameren, a St. Louis, MO based electric and gas utility company. Brian has led the Ameren Environmental Justice working group for the past two years.

Brian also serves on the Executive Committee of the Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group (IERG) where he is the Chairman. Brian has worked with IERG staff and IERG other member companies to review and comment on several legislative proposals related to Environmental Justice. Brian is also active in the Regulatory Environmental Group for Missouri (REGFORM) as Chairman of the Hazardous Waste Committee.

Brian graduated from University of Illinois at Champaign with a B.S. in Ecology and Ethology and graduated from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri with an MBA. Brian is certified as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager by the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. Brian is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
