Byron R. Brown is a senior counsel with Crowell & Moring LLP based in the Washington D.C. office, where he advises clients on environmental policy, administrative law and rulemaking, and congressional relations. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring in 2018, Byron served as deputy chief of staff for policy at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and he previously served in policy and legal roles with the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW Committee), the House Committee on Natural Resources, and as an attorney in the EPA Office of General Counsel.
