Carter Davis is a Managing Director at FTI Platt Sparks and is based in Austin. Mr. Davis is in the Platt Sparks energy group within FTI's Economic Consulting segment. He has been practicing Petroleum Engineering for more than 35 years and has been a consulting Petroleum Engineer with FTI Platt Sparks since 1995. Mr. Davis provides expertise on a broad range of petroleum engineering, operations, valuation, and regulatory issues. His experience includes reserve estimates, economic analyses, corporate finance evaluations, regulatory compliance, oilfield operations, royalty payment, reservoir simulation studies, and analyses of secondary and tertiary recovery projects. Mr. Davis has performed field-wide and interregional pipeline flow analyses relating to gathering, transportation, processing, treatment, and allocation of receipts, deliveries, residue gas, and NGLs.
