Dee Raibourn

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission


Dee is a Senior Staff Attorney for the Division of Enforcement in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Fort Worth Regional Office.  He is a member of the SEC’s Complex Financial Instruments Unit, where his investigations focus on complex and emerging issues.  He has worked on matters concerning all aspects of the federal securities laws and involving financial institutions, public companies, invest advisers, and broker-dealers.  Before joining the SEC in 2008, Dee was a partner at a Dallas-based law firm, traded weather derivatives for an international energy company, and was a registered representative.  He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and University of Oklahoma Law School and MBA program.  Dee currently serves as an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University School of Law.
