Denise Brinley serves as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Office of Energy, which is housed in the Department of Community and Economic Development. In this role, Ms. Brinley works with the energy industry, federal, state, regional and local partners, colleges and universities, and site developers to bring energy-related economic development opportunities to Commonwealth.
Ms. Brinley’s focus is Pennsylvania’s marketing and attracting potential investors to the commonwealth by showcasing the state’s significant energy advantages. Her work involves expanding the use and delivery of natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial facilities, and growing a chemical, additive, and advanced manufacturing industry from abundant natural gas liquid supplies. She has also cultivated a strong business climate for alternative energy deployment; supported the growth of in-state development, manufacturing and assembly of advanced energy technologies; and worked with other state agencies to ensure sound energy-related infrastructure.
