Mr. Taylor has been an attorney for 34 years, the past 23 in energy. His experience is across the energy spectrum including power, gas, NGLs, oil and gas and renewables. Doug came to Houston to work for Twin Eagle Resource Management, where he served as SVP – Deputy General Counsel. He helped lead Twin Eagle to close on 28 M&A and joint venture transactions in 8 years. In February, Twin Eagle sold its NGL marketing business to a new subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited. Doug went with the business and now serves as Chief Legal Officer of Phoenix Park Global Energy Holdings LLC, as they look to grow their NGL business across North America.
