Freddy has been with Enbridge for over 15 years and currently holds the position of Technical Manager, in Enbridge’s Gas Transmission and Midstream’s (“GTM”) Market Innovation group. Market Innovation is responsible for GTM’s GHG emission reductions, incorporating renewable energy into its operations, and identifying new opportunities to leverage GTM’s assets. Freddy’s breadth and depth of experience includes sustainability, electric power (fossil fuel and renewable energy), natural gas and refinery/petrochemical industries from positions in construction, engineering, project management, project development and business development. His education background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business. Freddy is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
