Gregory Brown serves as Secretary and General Counsel for Evolution Well Services and its affiliated companies and has been with the company since its founding. Greg is responsible for the company’s legal function, regulatory matters, governmental relations and administrative matters—handling acquisitions and divestitures, intellectual property, litigation, contract and other matters. He has served as a partner in the litigation and trial practice departments of the Houston offices of Jackson Walker L.L.P. and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Greg served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Pascal F. Calogero, Jr. of the Louisiana Supreme Court in New Orleans. Greg received his law degree from Duke University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of New Orleans.
