Salt Creek Midstream

Jennifer Johnson serves as General Counsel of Salt Creek Midstream. She has over 10 years of legal experience in law firm and in-house settings.

Prior to joining Salt Creek, Ms. Johnson served as Vice President, General  Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Rosehill Resources, Inc., a publicly  traded upstream company with assets in the Permian Basin. She also  worked at Noble Energy Inc., where she served as Corporate Finance Counsel for both the upstream and midstream businesses. In addition, Ms.  Johnson worked as a corporate and financial services attorney at Willkie  Farr & Gallagher LLP and began her private practice career as a corporate  associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Immediately after  law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge David  McKeague of the Unites States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health  Science Center – Houston and worked as a Registered Nurse at M.D.  Anderson Cancer Center prior to going to law school. She holds a Juris  Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.
