His clients include oil and gas producers, operators, petrochemical manufacturers, oil field services companies and financing parties in the energy industry. Jeremy concentrates particularly on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of oil, gas and petrochemical transactions including, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, project development and financing.
