Joseph Adams is Lead Counsel of Lower 48 Transactions for ConocoPhillips and has been a member of the ConocoPhillips’ Legal Department since 2017. His practice focuses on upstream acquisitions and divestitures across the Lower 48. Mr. Adams received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He has been a member of the Texas State Bar since 2011.
