A policy advocacy strategist adept at bridging the gap between senior leaders, technical experts, and government representatives to facilitate private sector involvement in priority environmental initiatives and drive public awareness of the critical impact regulations have on commerce. Possesses extensive experience in the highly regulated Chemical and Oil & Gas industries, most recently focusing on developing, implementing, and executing US advocacy strategy related to fluorotechnology for the world's largest fluoropolymer manufacturer. Previously served as a regulator in the upstream-offshore segment at the Department of the Interior, working closely with the regulated community to write reasonable, scientifically-supported rules and guidance for safety and environmental management systems. Also, a former Peace Corps volunteer and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Masters in Public Policy and Management, with concentrations in Environmental Policy and Energy Policy.
