Possesses extensive experience in the highly regulated Chemical and Oil & Gas industries, most recently focusing on developing, implementing, and executing US advocacy strategy related to fluorotechnology for the world's largest fluoropolymer manufacturer. Previously served as a regulator in the upstream-offshore segment at the Department of the Interior, working closely with the regulated community to write reasonable, scientifically-supported rules and guidance for safety and environmental management systems. Also, a former Peace Corps volunteer and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Masters in Public Policy and Management, with concentrations in Environmental Policy and Energy Policy.
