Kevin Ewing is a Partner at Bracewell, LLP, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. He has almost thirty years of experience helping clients bring development projects online. Kevin advises chiefly energy and infrastructure companies pursuing development projects and related federal authorizations, and in avoiding and responding to litigation challenges seeking to block projects from coming to fruition. His clients are involved in offshore wind and O&G development, natural gas and liquids pipelines, LNG, power transmission, and urban park renewal.

Kevin will address changing expectations for energy infrastructure projects, including evolving legal challenges arising from environmental justice.
