Ms. El Didi has experience in all phases of construction projects, and has advised clients on a range of construction topics ranging from project portfolio management, project controls, project scheduling, change management, risk management, and construction dispute resolution. As an Exponent consultant, she has provided project scheduling and controls support as well as portfolio management support for a large utility client in California. Her tasks involved developing and updating complex resource-loaded schedules for major capital transmission and substation projects (over $20M), performing analyses on schedule progress, evaluating and tracking monthly cash flow, and developed reporting on the project overall health.
Ms. El Didi also developed major project's business cases by building resource-loaded schedule scenarios, analyzing schedule impact on the project cost, exploring opportunities for schedule and cost savings, and building a quantitative risk register. She has also devised an Earned Value Management approach tailored to the client's needs and supported its implementation.
