Lara Mathews is Associate General Counsel Global EHS Law and Policy at Koch Industries and shared legal service. Ms. Mathews has been at Koch for over 15 years serving the various Koch companies in diverse industries and has served in various EHS roles at the operating and parent company levels – with both a US and an international focus.

Lara leads a team focused primarily on air, product stewardship and sustainability, and transportation and security.  The team provides both day to day support to US and international sites and businesses, including compliance assurance, audit, regulatory and legal interpretation, permitting, enforcement, etc., and also focuses on emerging issues/policies.

Prior to working at Koch, Lara’s private practice focused on generalist multimedia environmental practice with a focus on enforcement and investigations.
