Rachel Le is Assistant General Counsel at Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY). In this role, she serves as co-head of the domestic oil and gas legal team supporting OXY’s upstream operations in the Permian, Rockies, and Gulf of Mexico. Prior to joining OXY in 2014, Rachel was an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Baker Botts L.L.P. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Houston Law Center.
