Rachel is an associate in the New Orleans office of Kean Miller. She practices in the oil, gas and energy groups. Rachel earned her BLS with a concentration in Environmental Science from Florida Atlantic University Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College and earned her Masters of Education from Florida Atlantic University College of Education.
She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2015, where she competed in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition at Pace University. Rachel’s current practice focuses on legacy litigation and pipeline litigation.
