Rodrigo Dominguez is a partner in White & Case's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice based in the Houston office, and a member of the Latin America Interest Group. Rodrigo has 20 years of experience representing U.S. and foreign clients in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate matters in regulated and non-regulated industries throughout the Americas. He also counsels on real estate matters involving traditional land acquisitions, complex long-term lease structures and large-scale project development. On the energy front, Rodrigo has represented developers, sponsors, multinationals, and financial and strategic investors in ground-breaking transactions in the oil & gas and power sectors throughout Latin America.
