Bill Jackson chairs Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s national Environmental Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  For twenty-five years, Bill has represented states, attorneys general, port authorities, railroads, and energy-sector clients as plaintiffs in noteworthy contamination cases, including the State of Louisiana in the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, the State of New Jersey in the Passaic River litigation, and the State of New Mexico in the Gold King Mine litigation. Bill currently represents dozens of states, territories, water districts, and energy companies in sprawling litigation related to contamination and natural resource damages from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).  In that regard, he is on the Plaintiffs Executive Committee and chairs the States/Sovereign Committee of the Aqueous Film-Forming Foams (AFFF) Products Liability Litigation MDL in the District of South Carolina.
