Tina Q. Nguyen represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in a variety of high-stakes, complex commercial matters. Her practice focuses on energy litigation, pension and ERISA matters, and real-estate defense.

Ms. Nguyen represents and advises energy clients on lease termination claims, royalty litigation, area of mutual interest provisions, and disputes arising from other oil and gas agreements.
