Elly Vecchio's practice focuses on representation related to eminent domain, condemnation, and real property matters on behalf of governmental entities, pipeline companies, other private public-use condemning entities, and landowners. She has advised clients in connection with right-of-way acquisition, condemnation, and related issues starting at the early stages of a public use project through completion.
