Mr. Ro-Trock has over 18 years of experience advising public company boards of directors and executives.  Since joining Transocean 2014, he has led the company’s M&A and capital markets transactions, strategic joint ventures, emerging technology initiatives and complex litigation matters. Mr. Ro-Trock also advises on securities compliance and corporate governance matters and helps to lead Transocean’s Government Relations department.  Mr. Ro-Trock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.
