Dawn Lannin is Executive Vice President & General Counsel of TotalEnergies American Services in Houston, Texas. 

TotalEnergies is a multi-energy company with operations in the US throughout the energy value chain including: exploration & production; refining & chemicals; marketing & services; gas & power trading; LNG; distributed generation, community and utility scale solar; offshore wind; and battery storage.

Dawn’s career with TotalEnergies for the last 20 years has included both legal and business roles.

Prior to becoming General Counsel for the US, Dawn was Vice President for Suriname & Guyana.

She also spent 5 years in France as the Vice President of Legal for Europe & Central Asia, and worked in Business Development and Strategy Roles in both Houston, Texas and Aberdeen, Scotland.

Dawn has been a board member of various commercial and not for profit businesses, is an avid gardener, and is the mother of 4 adult children, 2 grandchildren. 

She has a Juris Doctorate Degree as well as a BA in Literature.
