Jeff is the Co-Head of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP's Energy & Infrastructure Disputes group. He has represented upstream, midstream, downstream, oilfield service, and retail companies in various high-stakes disputes, including traditional oil & gas (such as royalty, surface use, and right-of-way disputes), commercial, breach of fiduciary duty, product liability, and personal injury litigation, as well as regulatory proceedings. In addition to leading litigation matters, Jeff also serves as a trusted advisor to executives of many energy companies to help them navigate issues in various practice areas by leveraging the incredible depth of resources within the Firm, including in connection with the energy transition.
