Luke Wochensky represents multinational companies in crossborder disputes and provides commercially sensitive, practical counsel to clients operating in high-risk jurisdictions.

A U.S. citizen who worked in Russia for over 10 years, Luke has extensive experience representing U.S. and multinational corporations operating in Eastern Europe and other global markets to manage risk, compliance and integrity issues, particularly those involving sanctions and corporate crime.

Luke provides counsel on a variety of disputes, including litigation, arbitration proceedings and internal and government investigations. He has led business, legal and organizational audits involving financial and antimoney laundering compliance, as well as in connection with allegations of corruption and commercial bribery.
