MILES PRILLAMAN is an attorney with Exxon Mobil Corporation, currently serving the ExxonMobil Development Company in Spring, Texas.  He works primarily with upstream oil and gas matters. Starting in 1986, Mr. Prillaman has worked for ExxonMobil divisions and affiliates in Houston and Midland, Texas; New Jersey; and Malaysia. Mr. Prillaman is a former officer and director of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) and a current member of AIPN’s Model Contracts Review Committee.
