Brian Anderson is Assistant General Counsel at CNX Resources Corporation in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.  Brian supports CNX’s upstream and midstream operations in the Appalachian region and provides advice on a variety of corporate legal matters, including securities, corporate governance, and transactions.

Brian joined the IEL in 2018 as an inaugural member of IEL’s YEP Leadership Class.  In addition, Brian has spoken at and assisted in planning several IEL conferences.

Prior to joining CNX, Brian spent nearly a decade as Senior Counsel with Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company supporting Chevron’s Appalachian Mountain Business Unit, and prior to that was an associate with K&L Gates LLP in Pittsburgh.  Brian has a B.S. (Accounting) and J.D. from West Virginia University.  He lives in Wexford, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
