Matt Jones has been trying cases for decades and in the energy space. He loves transforming complex cases into compelling narratives for judges and jurors. His experience is broad, deep, and it spans several states. He graduated from LSU Law in 1989, and he served as a law clerk to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. In his more than thirty years of practice, he has handled virtually every kind of oilfield dispute. He is also the third generation of his family to be involved in oil & gas. He is licensed in Louisiana and Texas.
