David Updegrove serves as Deputy General Counsel of Salt Creek Midstream and has been with Salt Creek Midstream for 18 months. David  has over 8 years of legal experience including 6 years in private practice at  the law firms of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Baker Botts LLP, where he served as a corporate and financial services associate. His practice  focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint  ventures and other corporate transactions and he represented a variety of  industrial, manufacturing, transportation and energy companies. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics and History from  University of California – Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from  University of California – Berkeley School of Law.
