Marcia Greenblatt

Marcia Greenblatt is an attorney with extensive experience in handling a wide range of energy commodity trading transactions.
Marcia began her career in commodities at Louis Dreyfus Corporation in the mid-1990s. After leaving Louis Dreyfus, she worked for nearly 15 years at Sempra Energy Trading and its successors, where she was the primary attorney responsible for the daily energy commodity transactions, including physical purchases and sales and financial derivatives. In her role at Sempra, she both participated in the drafting of various industry initiatives, including participating on the drafting committees for the NAESB master agreements, and gained expertise on all industry standard master agreements. Since joining Phillips 66 in 2012, Marcia has, among other things, supported the company’s natural gas liquids and refined products trading desks. She also overhauled and drafted the Phillips 66 General Terms and Conditions used for trading of various commodities.
Marcia received her B.A. from Oberlin College and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Immediately after graduating from Fordham, she worked as an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York City. She is admitted in the State of New York.
